Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Frances Flora Holding Co. ("we," "us," or "our") and your use of this website. By booking a package, entering into a retainer, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Frances Flora Holding Co. provides private advisory and consulting services to family enterprises, principals, and closely held companies on matters of structuring, governance, and succession. Our services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You are responsible for obtaining independent counsel from qualified attorneys, accountants, and licensed professionals before implementing any recommendation.

2. Engagement Scope

Each engagement is defined by the specific package you purchase or the written proposal we mutually accept. Deliverables, session length, response windows, and cadence are as described at the point of purchase or in the signed proposal. Work outside that scope requires a separate written agreement.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your payment card details. Fees are billed in advance and are due at the time of booking or at the start of each billing cycle for retainer engagements.

4. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Scheduled advisory sessions may be rescheduled without penalty when notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Requests received inside the 48-hour window will be accommodated where possible and are subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.

5. Confidentiality

Information you share during an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver our services to you. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required to deliver the engagement (for example, our payment processor and email provider) or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
