Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2026
Frances Flora Holding Co. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to deliver our advisory services:
- Name, email address, and phone number provided at booking or inquiry.
- Engagement details you share during intake or advisory sessions.
- Basic transaction metadata from Stripe (amount, date, last four digits of the card). We do not collect or store your full payment card number, CVC, or expiration — those are handled entirely by Stripe.
2. How We Use It
Your information is used to schedule and deliver the engagement you have booked, to communicate with you about your engagement, to issue receipts and invoices, and to comply with legal and tax obligations.
3. Who We Share It With
We share information only with the vendors required to run the engagement: our payment processor (Stripe) and our email service provider. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We may disclose information when required by law or by valid legal process.
4. Data Retention
Engagement records and related correspondence are retained for seven (7) years after the conclusion of the engagement to satisfy professional recordkeeping and tax obligations. After that period, records are securely deleted.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your information, subject to any legal retention obligations we are required to meet.
6. Contact
To exercise any of these rights or ask questions about this policy, contact us at info@francesfloraholdingco.com.
