Refund Policy

We believe advisory work should begin with clarity — including on how refunds and cancellations are handled. The terms below apply to each of our packages.

I. Vision — Strategy Session
A full refund is available if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Inside the 48-hour window, one complimentary reschedule is offered. Sessions that have been delivered are non-refundable.
II. Legacy — Advisory Retainer
You may cancel a Legacy retainer at any time, effective at the end of your current billing quarter. We do not issue partial-quarter refunds. To ensure your card is not charged for the following quarter, please provide written notice at least 14 days before your renewal date.
III. Generations — Family Office Partnership
Refund and termination terms for Generations engagements are defined in the signed custom proposal for each engagement and control over the general terms above.
Requesting a Refund
Refund and cancellation requests may be sent to info@francesfloraholdingco.com or by phone at 307-263-4875. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Dispute resolution process
- Contact us — email info@francesfloraholdingco.com or call 307-263-4875 within 14 days of the charge, with the order confirmation and a description of the issue.
- Acknowledgment — we confirm receipt within 2 business days.
- Review — we review the charge against the engagement's scope and deliverables and respond with a resolution (refund, corrective action, or explanation) within 5 business days.
- Escalation — if not satisfied, the client can request a call with a senior consultant before taking further action.
We ask that you use this process first for any billing concern.
